I have purchased gx-1 before 10 days only and it’s motor is producing a hell lot of noise. Very bad product. Not satisfied. Reason of purchasing that by seeing that it creates noise same as lawn movers but it is producing same as marble cutting machine. Got defective product. Being a law student I am planning to file a suit. As they are saying they can’t replace.

Worst quality. The multi purpose jar caught rust in just 3 months. The chutney jar lid flips open while grinding even after applying enough pressure on the lid and on the 1 power mode.No wonder why this product is always on deal as it is one of the worst product.

I am writing this review after 3+ years of use. This has traveled with me to foreign shores and been used frequently to make chutneys, Idli batter, grind spices and myraid uses.The product is doing well, is durable. It has been packed into travel cases etc, with ease, it is definitely not delicate. It is reasonable easy to clean and the plastic has thankfully not turned yellow or colorful as some of them tend to.

Generally I don’t write reviews but I think here I need to comment.First of all the blades are not sharp I mean u can’t even make bnana shake some parts will remain as they are and even onion and tomatoes need time in that . I don’t know may be I got defective blades in all three jars but I have returned it because I don’t want it.

Smallest jar is useful. Finally I could make cashew dip without water! My issue is with the largest jar. It can’t even crush bananas or cucumber to make a decent juice. So what I have to do is make a paste in smallest jar and then make juice using it in the largest jar! Impractical. No thanks.

Cloudtail India delivered this product twice and both the times a defective and non working product was delivered. Broken and non working parts in the product. Such a shame that this seller is still in the list of Amazon. No quality checks made before delivering the product. No value of customer’s time and money.👎👎👎👎

Future buyers, do not be fooled by the brand bajaj here, I bought this mixer grinder a few months back. Everytime I have used the device for grinding any liquid based product like coriander, tomato – the cap (all of them for the 3 pots) has come off while the machine was still on (rotating). The contents have splurted out, creating a mess in the kitchen. Thankfully there has been no accident…. yet!! I would want a refund of the money and Amazon can take the product BACK!!. It is pointless to use a mixer grinder that does not have a proper rubber seal so that the contents stay inside while the pot is rotating.
